4. Orders & Payments

  • In case of a failed payment, your order will not be processed until payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We will start processing  orders with in 24 Hour
  • Order will dispatch within 2 days
  • Minimum delivery time will be 3-4 days
  • maximum delivery time 10 days
  • In cause of any delay in delivery partner side or any other delay issue we will call you 

  • We aim to deliver products within the estimated time frame. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged products within 7 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact support@alhadistores.com with relevant proof.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing time may take up to 15 days based on bank policies.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

8. Warranty & Liability

  • We do not provide warranties beyond those offered by the product manufacturer.

  • Al Hadi Stores is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
