1. Order Cancellation by Customers

  • Customers can request order cancellations only before the order is shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

  • To cancel an order, customers must contact us at support@alhadistores.com with their order details.

  • If the cancellation is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation by Al Hadi Stores

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

    • The product is out of stock or unavailable.

    • There is an issue with payment authorization.

    • Inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

    • Any suspicious or fraudulent activity detected.

  • If we cancel an order, the customer will be notified via email, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.

3. Refund Processing

  • If an order is canceled before shipping, the refund will be initiated within 7 days of the cancellation request approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Depending on the bank’s policies, refund processing may take up to 15 days.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders for certain items, including personalized or perishable goods, cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Such items will be clearly mentioned as non-cancellable in the product description.

5. Modifications to Orders

  • Customers who wish to modify their order (e.g., change the shipping address or update item quantity) must contact us before dispatch.

  • Modifications are subject to availability and feasibility.
