At Al Hadi Stores, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation by Customers
Customers can request order cancellations only before the order is shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
To cancel an order, customers must contact us at support@alhadistores.com with their order details.
If the cancellation is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation by Al Hadi Stores
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
The product is out of stock or unavailable.
There is an issue with payment authorization.
Inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Any suspicious or fraudulent activity detected.
If we cancel an order, the customer will be notified via email, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.
3. Refund Processing
If an order is canceled before shipping, the refund will be initiated within 7 days of the cancellation request approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on the bank’s policies, refund processing may take up to 15 days.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders for certain items, including personalized or perishable goods, cannot be canceled once placed.
Such items will be clearly mentioned as non-cancellable in the product description.
5. Modifications to Orders
Customers who wish to modify their order (e.g., change the shipping address or update item quantity) must contact us before dispatch.
Modifications are subject to availability and feasibility.
